Content that is completely unrelated to travel may be removed. Repeated posting of irrelevant content may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.
2. Language
Members may publish content in:

- English
Other languages may also be accepted when appropriate. Please write clearly and respectfully. Avoid intentionally misleading titles or confusing language.
3. Create High-Quality Content
We encourage members to publish informative, useful, and experience-based content.
Whenever possible, include:
- Relevant photographs
- Helpful descriptions
- Accurate locations
- Travel costs (when appropriate)
- Safety information
- Practical tips
- Personal experiences
- Maps or useful references
Instead of publishing multiple short posts about the same topic, create one complete and informative post whenever possible. Low-quality, repetitive, or meaningless content may be removed.
4. Accuracy & Sources
Travel information influences real-world decisions. Before publishing information, please ensure it is accurate.
Members should:
- Verify important information.
- Correct mistakes when discovered.
- Clearly distinguish opinions from facts.
- Avoid intentionally spreading misinformation.
Whenever possible, provide reliable sources for statistics, historical information, visa information, laws, regulations, or other important facts. If content is translated or adapted from another source, proper attribution should be provided whenever possible. Members remain responsible for everything they publish.
5. Photos, Videos & Media
Members are encouraged to upload their own original photos and videos. If you publish content created by someone else, you must:
- Have permission.
- Give proper credit where required.
- Use copyright-free or properly licensed material.
Do not upload media that:
- Is unrelated to the discussion
- Violates copyright
- Invades another person’s privacy
- Promotes illegal activities
- Is intentionally manipulated to deceive people
Repeated violations may result in moderation or account restrictions.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted content is permitted.
However:
- Information must remain accurate.
- AI must not be used to deceive others.
- AI-generated images or videos must not falsely represent real events or travel experiences.
- AI-generated content must comply with all Community Guidelines.
- AI-generated content must not violate copyright.
Members remain fully responsible for everything they publish, regardless of whether AI tools were used.
7. Respect Others
Treat every member with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
You should:
- Respect different opinions.
- Encourage healthy discussions.
- Welcome new members.
- Appreciate different cultures and travel experiences.
Do not:
- Harass others.
- Bully members.
- Threaten people.
- Use abusive language.
- Personally attack individuals.
- Intentionally provoke arguments.
- Disrespect moderators or community volunteers.
Constructive criticism is welcome. Personal attacks are not.
8. Hate Speech & Discrimination
Kuhudak welcomes travelers from every country and culture.
Do not attack or discriminate against anyone based on:
- Race
- Nationality
- Ethnicity
- Religion
- Disability
- Age
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Language
Respect every traveler. Respect every culture.
9. Adult & Sexual Content
Kuhudak is intended to be a safe community for everyone.
The following are prohibited anywhere on Kuhudak, including posts, comments, profiles, private messages, chat, photos, videos, usernames, and signatures:
- Pornographic content
- Sexually explicit text
- Adult images
- Adult videos
- Nude or sexually suggestive content intended for sexual arousal
- Escort services
- Adult advertisements
- Sexual exploitation
- Links to adult websites
- Content intended to promote pornography
Educational, artistic, historical, or medical discussions involving sensitive topics may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Child Safety
Kuhudak has zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers children.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Child exploitation
- Grooming
- Sexualization of minors
- Requests involving minors in sexual contexts
- Any content that places children at risk
Such content will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
11. Privacy & Personal Information
Respect the privacy of every member. Never publish or share another person’s personal or confidential information without their permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Home or workplace addresses
- Government-issued identification
- Passport information
- Financial information
- Private conversations
- Personal documents
- Location information intended to compromise someone’s safety
Always obtain permission before sharing identifiable photos or videos of another person. Doxxing or intentionally exposing someone’s private information is strictly prohibited.
12. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Only publish content that:
- You created yourself; or
- You have permission to use.
Never upload:
- Copied articles
- Stolen photographs
- Downloaded videos without permission
- Pirated software
- Pirated movies
- Pirated books
- Copyright-infringing material
Always respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights. Repeated copyright violations may result in permanent account suspension.
13. Spam, Advertising & Self-Promotion
Spam reduces the quality of our community.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Repeatedly posting the same content
- Flooding discussions
- Fake engagement
- Excessive advertising
- Clickbait
- Misleading promotions
- Promotional comments
- Mass posting
- Unsolicited commercial messages
Sharing your travel blog, YouTube channel, website, or social media is allowed only when it genuinely contributes to the discussion. Accounts created primarily for advertising may be restricted or removed.
14. Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are allowed only when they genuinely help travelers.
The following are prohibited:
- Affiliate spam
- Hidden affiliate links
- Misleading affiliate recommendations
- URL shorteners that conceal destinations
- Affiliate links shared only for financial gain
Commercial promotion requires prior approval from Kuhudak.
15. External Links
External links must be:
- Safe
- Relevant
- Legal
- Helpful
Do not post links that:
- Contain malware
- Spread phishing attempts
- Redirect users unexpectedly
- Promote scams
- Promote illegal activities
- Distribute pirated material
- Link to adult websites
Unsafe links may be removed without notice.
16. Reviews & Recommendations
Reviews should reflect genuine personal experiences.
Whether reviewing:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Airlines
- Transportation
- Tour operators
- Attractions
- Travel agencies
Members should:
- Be honest
- Be fair
- Avoid exaggeration
- Clearly distinguish facts from opinions
Fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, or intentionally misleading ratings are prohibited.
17. User Profiles & Identity
Your profile should accurately represent you. Usernames, profile photos, cover photos, biographies, and signatures must comply with these Community Guidelines.
Do not:
- Impersonate another person
- Impersonate an organization
- Use misleading identities
- Use offensive usernames
- Use copyrighted logos without permission
- Display unauthorized advertisements
Profile signatures containing promotional content require prior approval from Kuhudak.
18. Private Messages & Chat
Community standards also apply to private messages and chat.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Hate speech
- Threats
- Unwanted advertising
- Spam
- Fraud
- Scams
- Phishing attempts
- Sexually explicit conversations
- Sending unsolicited adult images or videos
- Sharing illegal content
- Sharing another person’s private information
Members should respect the privacy and comfort of others when using chat features. Abuse of messaging features may result in account suspension.
19. Illegal & Dangerous Activities
Never use Kuhudak to promote or facilitate:
- Terrorism
- Violent extremism
- Criminal activities
- Human trafficking
- Wildlife trafficking
- Drug trafficking
- Smuggling
- Identity theft
- Fraud
- Counterfeit documents
- Fake travel documents
- Hacking
- Malware
- Phishing
- Dangerous challenges
- Illegal weapons
Such content may be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
20. Responsible Tourism
Travel responsibly and help preserve the places we visit.
Do not encourage activities that damage:
- Wildlife
- National parks
- Historical monuments
- Archaeological sites
- Religious sites
- Museums
- Protected areas
- Local communities
- Cultural heritage
Promote responsible, sustainable, and respectful tourism.
21. Reporting Violations
Help keep Kuhudak safe.
Report content that:
- Violates these guidelines
- Contains spam
- Infringes copyright
- Includes scams
- Harasses others
- Endangers children
- Promotes illegal activities
False or abusive reports may also result in moderation.
22. Moderation & Enforcement
To protect the community, Kuhudak moderators may:
- Edit content
- Hide content
- Remove content
- Lock discussions
- Restrict accounts
- Suspend users
- Permanently ban accounts
Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and may occur without prior notice when necessary.
23. Appeals
If you believe your content or account was moderated incorrectly, you may contact the Kuhudak moderation team for review. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original moderation decision will be changed.
24. Violations & Penalties
Depending on the severity of the violation, Kuhudak may take one or more of the following actions:
- Educational reminder
- Warning
- Content removal
- Temporary restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account suspension
- Permanent ban
Serious violations – including child exploitation, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, or illegal activities – may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.
25. Community Management
Kuhudak reserves the right to:
- Edit community content
- Remove any content
- Decline publication
- Restrict community features
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Protect the safety and integrity of the platform
These actions may be taken whenever necessary to maintain a safe and respectful community.
26. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to improve the safety, quality, and functionality of the Kuhudak Community. Continued use of Kuhudak after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
