Content published by members on Kuhudak remains the intellectual property of its original creator.
You may NOT:

- Share another member’s text, images, videos, or other materials on any website, social media platform, application, or publication without the creator’s explicit consent.
- Use another member’s content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Always obtain permission before sharing someone else’s work.
4. Adult and Sexual Content
Kuhudak is a family-friendly travel community.
The following content is prohibited:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Nudity intended for sexual purposes.
- Sexual exploitation or abuse.

- Links promoting adult websites or services.
Educational, historical, cultural, or artistic content containing limited nudity may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Treat all community members with respect.

Do not publish another person’s:

Promotional content may only be shared where expressly permitted by Kuhudak.
10. Illegal Content
Do not upload or promote content related to:

- Counterfeit goods.
- Drugs or illegal substances.
- Human trafficking.
- Wildlife trafficking.
- Terrorism or extremist organizations.
11. Travel Content Guidelines
When sharing travel experiences:
- Provide accurate information whenever possible.
- Respect local culture, customs, heritage, and the environment.
- Avoid encouraging illegal, unsafe, or environmentally harmful activities.
- Do not reveal sensitive locations that may damage wildlife, archaeological sites, or protected areas.
12. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is permitted only if:
- It does not infringe copyright.
- It is not deceptive or misleading.
- It complies with all other sections of this policy.
Kuhudak may request disclosure when AI-generated content could confuse readers.
13. Content Moderation
Kuhudak reserves the right to:
- Review any content.
- Remove content that violates this policy.
- Restrict visibility of inappropriate content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.
